Technology built around your business.
I don’t recommend anything until I’ve seen what you have and understand what you actually need. Below are the four areas where I help small businesses most. Not sure where to start? Book a call and we’ll figure it out.
Tech Strategy
What it is
For businesses that want more than someone to call when something breaks. This is for the owner who wants a real technology partner, someone who understands their business, helps make smart decisions as they grow, and is already involved when something goes wrong.
What it covers
- Assessing your current technology and identifying what actually needs attention
- Recommending hardware, software, and platforms that fit your real needs and budget
- Onboarding new hires with the right tools and access from day one
- Ongoing support so you always have someone to call
Built for businesses that are growing and don’t want technology to become the thing that slows them down.
Network Setup and Upgrade
What it is
When I walk into a business and look at the hardware, I already know what connection issues they’re experiencing. Most small business networks were set up fast and cheap, usually with whatever router the internet provider shipped over.
That experience tends to make the diagnosis faster and the fix less expensive than most businesses expect.
What it covers
- Full assessment of your current network and connection issues
- WiFi coverage across your entire space, including problem areas
- Proper router and equipment setup, working with your existing internet provider
- Network security and basic cybersecurity protection
- VPN setup for remote access if needed
In most cases, less than $1,000 to $2,000 in additional equipment, installed correctly, fixes it entirely. Perfect for businesses in manufacturing, medical, law, or any industry where reliable WiFi and network security are not optional.
Onsite Storage
What it is
For businesses sitting on large amounts of data where cloud storage has gotten expensive, or where keeping files secure and accessible matters but the current setup is a collection of external drives and crossed fingers. If your backup strategy is “we have a flash drive somewhere,” this is for you.
What it covers
- Assessing your current data storage and backup situation
- NAS (network-attached storage) setup sized for your business, a dedicated device on your network that stores and backs up your files automatically
- Building a backup strategy that protects your data even if something happens to your office
- Secure file access for your team without paying cloud storage fees on terabytes of data
- Replication to a secondary location for businesses that need an extra layer of protection
Perfect for photographers, law firms, medical offices, and any business that generates large files and needs them stored securely without a growing monthly cloud bill.
Licensing
What it is
For businesses running Microsoft products or planning to, you want to make sure everything is set up correctly and you’re only paying for what you actually need. As a Microsoft partner and authorized reseller, I handle the setup and management so you don’t have to sort through licensing tiers on your own.
What it covers
- Microsoft 365 licensing, setup, and management for your team
- Right-sizing your licenses so you’re not overpaying for unused seats
- Identity management and access control so the right people have access to the right things
- Two-factor authentication setup
- Ongoing license management as your team grows or changes
Perfect for businesses already using Microsoft products who want someone to manage it properly, or businesses ready to move to Microsoft 365 and want it set up right the first time.

Common questions
Do you work with businesses outside of Charlotte?
Most of my work is with businesses in the Charlotte area because a lot of what I do requires showing up in person. If you’re nearby and not sure whether you’re in my service area, just reach out.
Do you offer ongoing support or is this a one-time fix?
Both, depending on what you need. Some clients bring me in to solve a specific problem and that’s it. Others want an ongoing relationship where I’m available when something comes up, help them plan ahead, and handle new technology needs as the business grows. We figure out what makes sense for you on the first call.
What happens when I book a call?
We talk through what’s going on with your technology: what’s working, what isn’t, and what you actually need. It’s a real conversation, not a sales pitch. You’ll walk away with a clear picture of what I’d recommend and what it would involve. There’s no obligation to move forward.
Do you work with businesses that already have an I.T. setup?
Yes. Most of my clients have something in place already. It’s rarely starting from zero. I assess what you have, keep what’s working, and fix or replace what isn’t. The goal is never to sell you a full replacement when a targeted fix will do the job.
Can you help with new hire tech onboarding?
Yes. Getting a new employee set up with the right equipment, software access, and credentials from day one is something I handle as part of an ongoing relationship. It’s one of the things that tends to fall through the cracks at small businesses and causes headaches later.
