When I walk into a business and look at the hardware, I already know what connection issues they’re experiencing. Most small business networks were set up fast and cheap, usually with whatever router the internet provider shipped over.

That experience tends to make the diagnosis faster and the fix less expensive than most businesses expect.

Common questions

Do you work with businesses outside of Charlotte?

Most of my work is with businesses in the Charlotte area because a lot of what I do requires showing up in person. If you’re nearby and not sure whether you’re in my service area, just reach out.

Do you offer ongoing support or is this a one-time fix?

Both, depending on what you need. Some clients bring me in to solve a specific problem and that’s it. Others want an ongoing relationship where I’m available when something comes up, help them plan ahead, and handle new technology needs as the business grows. We figure out what makes sense for you on the first call.

What happens when I book a call?

We talk through what’s going on with your technology: what’s working, what isn’t, and what you actually need. It’s a real conversation, not a sales pitch. You’ll walk away with a clear picture of what I’d recommend and what it would involve. There’s no obligation to move forward.

Do you work with businesses that already have an I.T. setup?

Yes. Most of my clients have something in place already. It’s rarely starting from zero. I assess what you have, keep what’s working, and fix or replace what isn’t. The goal is never to sell you a full replacement when a targeted fix will do the job.

Can you help with new hire tech onboarding?

Yes. Getting a new employee set up with the right equipment, software access, and credentials from day one is something I handle as part of an ongoing relationship. It’s one of the things that tends to fall through the cracks at small businesses and causes headaches later.
