I’m Joseph Hiatt. I started Hiatt Digital because small businesses deserve the same technology guidance that larger companies take for granted, when small businesses need it the most.

I work with small business owners who are too busy running their business to figure out why the WiFi keeps dropping, whether their data is actually backed up, or what software their team actually needs. Most of them have been piecing things together for years, adding whatever seemed to work at the time, hoping nothing breaks. Some come to me in the middle of a crisis. Others are starting fresh and want to get it right from the beginning. Either way, they want the same thing: technology that gets out of your way and actually drives business results.

I don’t show up with a predetermined solution. Every business gets a real assessment first. I look at what you have, what’s not working, and what you actually need before recommending anything. Then I do the work, keep you informed without burying you in technical details, and make sure you understand what was done and why.
Clients also tend to notice that I explain things in plain language, without making them feel like they should already know this. And I’m still reachable after the job is done, because your business doesn’t stop having technology needs once I leave.
